RE: END-OF-TERM ONE NEWSLETTER
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we conclude a busy and productive Term One, I extend my sincere gratitude for your unwavering support in your childβs education. ππ½β¨
πImportant End-of-Term Information
β Examinations conclude today, 24 March, but the school term officially ends on 28 March. Learners are expected to attend classes until the last day, as normal lessons will continue according to our usual timetable. On Friday, 28 March, learners will be dismissed at 11:00 AM. π«π
β Matriculants will attend compulsory holiday classes as per the scheduled timetable. Attendance is mandatory, and all learners must be in full school uniform. These lessons will conclude on Thursday, 3 April 2025. ππ
β Term Two begins on 8 April 2025, and we eagerly anticipate welcoming all learners back, refreshed and ready for another successful term! πβ¨
π½ School Uniform Compliance
We commend the majority of our learners for adhering to the school uniform policy. Thank you for your cooperation! To the few parents who have yet to meet the uniform requirements, we urge you to ensure your child is in full uniform before the start of Term Two, as learners without proper attire will not be permitted to attend school.
As the winter season approaches, please ensure your child has a school-approved drimac and jersey, as non-uniform jackets and jerseys will not be allowed, regardless of the temperature. Blazers are compulsory, and learners without one will soon face restrictions. πβοΈ
π’ Report Cards & Parent-Teacher Meeting
Report cards will be issued during our Parent-Teacher Consultative Meeting on π Date: 11 April 2025 from Time:β° 3:00 PM β 6:00 PM.
Please note that our schoolβs pass requirements are:
- High School: 40% pass mark
- Primary School: 50% pass mark
- Learners may not fail more than one subject.
We are committed to academic excellence, and we encourage all parents to attend this crucial meeting to gain insights into their children’s academic progress and behaviour. π¨βπ«π©βπ«
π£οΈ This session will provide a valuable opportunity for one-on-one discussions with teachers, allowing for constructive conversations about progress, challenges, and ways to support your childβs education.
πΈ Wishing You a Blessed Holiday!
As the term comes to an end, we wish you and your family a restful and joyful holiday. May this time be filled with love, laughter, and cherished family moments. ππ
